Hi, I’m Yetvart Artinyan, the founder and writer behind INNOVATION&.
I am Yetvart Artinyan, a Zurich-based innovation advisor, venture builder, trainer and lecturer. I help executives, boards and venture leaders make better decisions under uncertainty: what to test, what to fund, what to scale and what to stop before capital, credibility and organizational energy become difficult to recover.
My perspective combines corporate innovation, business development and hands-on venture building. Across energy, telecommunications, industrial IoT, mobility, logistics and defense, I have built, led and advised innovation initiatives and new business models. I also co-founded and led B2B technology startups that reached paying customers and a first traction.
My experience also includes failed assumptions, projects that continued after the evidence had weakened and ventures that had to be stopped. These experiences are central to my work as a corporate innovation and business model advisor: separating evidence from conviction and improving the next decision gate before the cost of being wrong escalates.
Based in Zurich, I work across Switzerland, DACH and Europe in English and German. My work includes innovation strategy consulting, business model innovation, venture-building advisory, executive sparring, decision reviews, workshops, keynotes and teaching.
